Juniors and Seniors Invitational

Junior and Senior Board Members are chosen and invited based on community service, school leadership, character, and volunteer spirit. Junior Board members are invited to join the Board with recommendations from a Teen Board member or adult leader during the second semester of their sophomore year in high school.

In addition to the guidelines listed above, Junior and Senior Board Members are expected to:

  • ο»Ώο»ΏProvide leadership for all aspects of the organization during Junior and Senior years of high school.
Suggest, initiate, and plan activities. Serve as hosts for Teen Center events. The atmosphere of the Teen Center is set by the Junior and Senior members.

  • ο»Ώο»ΏComplete at least 50 hours of service of Teen Center sponsored activities. At least five different projects must be represented. The Teen Center will provide many opportunities to earn the hours.

  • ο»Ώο»ΏSupport the Teen Center in all aspects. Since the Teen Center is non-profit, it is necessary for members to pay dues, sell tickets for social functions, and sell ads for the presentation book. The Teen Center functions solely on this and outside donations. All funds go toward the Teen Center activities.

  • ο»Ώο»ΏPromote the Teen Center - sponsor new members, invite friends to the Teen Center events and attend the Presentation activities.
